Nur: Wie sieht das f\u00c3\u00bcr Blogger aus? Es geibt (noch) kein Gesetz dazu, aber so mancher Blogger f\u00c3\u00bcrchtet sich immer noch. Ich habe dieseh Eintrag bei <a href=\"http:\/\/detailsaresketchy.wordpress.com\/2007\/11\/27\/just-because-your-paranoid\/\">Details are Sketchy<\/a> gefunden.<br \/>\nAs the old saying goes, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Just because you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re paranoid doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t mean they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re not out to get you.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogbykhmer.blogspot.com\/2007\/11\/cambodian-bloggers-award-2007.html\">Vannak<\/a> understands. He won\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t be involved in the 2007 Blogger Awards, and he did not attend the Clogger Summit, out of fear of government persecution.<\/p>\n<p>    Back in August 30 of this year there was a Cambodia Blogger Summit \u00e2\u20ac\u201d I wanted to go, but didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t. My friends also told me not to go. I told them I just wanted to go there to sit and listen what the summit was about. The organisers wouldn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t know who I am. As close friends, they even scolded me in reply \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Why do you need to attend it for ? Unless you wanted to become the alligator food, then go\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>    I know the time is not right yet for me to attend these kind of social function.<\/p>\n<p>    One day my hope our leaders, lawmakers to fully embrace freedom of writing and expressing one\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s own opinion without fear of being persecuted. Change we must for the better and I shall live to see this day.<\/p>\n<p>Delusions of grandeur? Or legitimate fears of government persecution?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Die Bloggerin schreibt anonym und kommt ebenfalls zu keinen Treffen, weil sie schon schlechte Erfahrungen mit \u00c3\u2013ffentlichkeit gemacht hat (soweit ich wei\u00c3\u0178, waren die in ihrem Fall weniger politisch, es ging wohl um Stalking)<\/p>\n<p>Vielleicht bin ich als Ausl\u00c3\u00a4nder gesch\u00c3\u00bctzt, zumindest vor einer Gef\u00c3\u00a4ngnisstrafe f\u00c3\u00bcr den Fall, dass einer meiner Eintr\u00c3\u00a4ge jemandem nicht gef\u00c3\u00a4llt.
