Hier einmal eine Story in der Phnom Penh Post wie das in der Realit\u00c3\u00a4t aussieht, wenn man investieren will. Es geht um ein Hotel, dass der Regierungspartei geh\u00c3\u00b6rt und an der besten Stelle der Stadt steht – gegen\u00c3\u00bcber dem K\u00c3\u00b6nigspalast. Zahlreiche gro\u00c3\u0178e Hoteketten haben vorgesprochen, immer wieder schwieterten Verhandlungen, weil pl\u00c3\u00b6tzlich Preise mal eben verzehnfacht wurden oder die Gegenseite einfach mal keine Lust hatte.<\/p>\n
KEM CHANTHA, manager of the Renakse Hotel, will continue to defy a government request to vacate the historic property by the end of September, she told the Post on Tuesday.
\n“I am staying here to see what they will do because they are not respecting the law,” she said. “I want the government to recognize my right to stay.”

\nWer in Kambodscha investiert, kann sich nicht sicher sein, ob die Vertr\u00c3\u00a4ge wirlich eingehalten werden, ob das Land nicht am n\u00c3\u00a4chsten Tag jemand anderm geh\u00c3\u00b6rt.<\/p>\nSo \u00c3\u00a4hnlich sieht es auch am Boeng Kak Lake aus<\/a>. Der wird gerade zugesch\u00c3\u00bcttet, viele Familien haben Land, Arbeit und Haus verloren, aber wen schert das schon. Da kommt jetzt ein sch\u00c3\u00b6nes neues Wohnviertel hin.<\/p>\n
