Project Background
\nCARE Laos has been operational in Laos since 1992 and is line managed through CARE Australia. CARE works wherever there is a need and wherever we can assist. CARE has been present in Sekong project since 2007, and has a view to expand the current programming with a view to reduce poverty.
\nPurpose of the consultancy
\nSupport CARE in the development of a proposal for EU funding (Non state actors).<\/p>\nConsultant responsibilities:
\n\u00c2\u00b7 Pre-field visit activities (Document review)
\n\u00c2\u00b7 Field visit (including village visits and consultation with stakeholders)
\n\u00c2\u00b7 Proposal preparation – first draft in EU format including annexes a draft budget
\n\u00c2\u00b7 Final proposal draft based on feedback<\/p>\nTimeframe
\nTotal of 16 days

\nAt least 5 years experience in development and\/or humanitarian response programming, with a focus on SE Asia preferable.
