Because of I need to go to phuket to attend in the conference of Dengue International conference. that will be on 15 -17 Oct and need many cost to go this event. I had ask for the money from TRF but the problem is I need to advanced payment. That will be around 12,000 baht but I got 8,000 baht from my scholarship salary and need to collect it to pay my tuitation fee and living cost. That I can’t use my salary for advanced payment. I have no help and no idea to what to do except in this ways.
