Chicken slaughter in Phu My Hung

Its seems that even Korean Restaurant Owners are
not really educated in food safety standards. Today I witnessed how
staff in front of the Twochicken restaurant on the backside of
Parkview A building in Phu My Hung were slaughtering their chicken
right on the street side. They don’t follow simple food saftey
standards, the dead chicken were then thrown in the gras nearby to
blood to death.
